Karren Abrams, founder of AH-HA Wellness, Love Earth Together, and Ahara for Homeless, is a dedicated Ayurvedic practitioner and lifelong student of healing arts. With over a decade of experience teaching and supervising at the Āyurvedic Institute under Dr. Vasant Lad, Karren integrates yoga, nutrition, self-healing, and compassionate service into her work. She brings creativity, deep wisdom, and a heart-centered approach to stewardship, reflecting her passion for serving all beings as One Universal Family.

At Matre Sofia, Karren enriches our mission by guiding the care and sustainability of our land and community through holistic practices rooted in ancient wisdom and modern healing. Her leadership supports our vision of nurturing sacred relationships between humanity and the Earth, fostering a regenerative and spirit-led sanctuary for present and future generations.
