Matre Sofia Global Fellowship is a tax-exempt religious organization recognized under IRS Section 508(c)(1)(a). It operates as a Private Membership Association (PMA) and an Unincorporated Private Ministerial Association. As such, we are a private, member-based entity and are not governed by the same public laws or regulations that apply to public organizations. Membership is by invitation only, and access to our services, resources, and events is exclusively available to our members. As an unincorporated ministerial association, we function as a spiritual body, offering spiritual services aligned with our foundational principles. By joining, members voluntarily agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the Fellowship.
