Sunrise: Esoteric Practices for Pre-Conception, Conception, and Birth is a four-week online course guided by Richard Kraft, invited by Matre Sofia. Rooted in the ageless science of Surya Yoga from the Solar Rishis, the course explores the sacred pathways of incarnation, preparing the field for conception, pregnancy, and birth while helping souls retain their connection to higher realms. Teachings include Spiritual Electroplating, as shared by Omraam Mikhael Aivanhov, illuminating how the pure essence of the sun can vivify body, blood, and spirit. Together, we will activate the mandala of incarnation, welcome the rainbow children, and embody our collective destiny as radiant beings of light.

Class 2 - October 11th, 2025
Introduction to Surya Yoga, the “Yoga of the Sun” I o order to increase our vibrational frequency to receive the overtones of our higher self
The 7 rays of light and the soul qualities within our different layers of consciousness to form our higher bodies, the causal, bouddhic and atmic
The aura and the relationship to our “divine child” so we can anchor the soul qualities in our different bodies, physical, etheric, astral or emotional and mental
Co creating a “space of love”, the best environment to receive and nourish our child
Class 3 - October 18th, 2025
Introduction to “Spiritual Electroplating”, methodology given by O ram Mikhael Aivanhov to support future patents, parents and society during pre conception, conception, pregnancy and birth
The change of linear time consciousness into a dimensional consciousness to liberate ourselves from ancient thought forms and emotional patterns in order for our child to retain all the soul memory in incarnation
